While starting a YouTube channel doesn’t require a brand account, I’m using this opportunity to teach Evan how to start and build a small business. So, we filed the LLC paperwork, designed a logo, and acquired a domain name for our website.

All content on this site and our YouTube channel will be completely free. Our first Rube Goldberg machine was built using household items and inexpensive materials. As we envision our next few machines, we’ll explore better fabrication techniques and new materials to create some wild designs. To offset the costs, we hope to eventually generate a little revenue from YouTube. Having a brand account and everything set up in advance should make things easier. Plus, it’s a great learning experience for both of us.
